CUSTOMER REVIEW
Package came as expected.
Everything in order. Instructions were clear and concise. Takes a little getting used too, but it's worth it. Read the instructions carefully or you might get confused as to the button functions. The remote does not give you much in the way of information, you need to understand how it works before you put it on your dogs.
We used this product on two small yorkies.
The collars are a tad bulky, but the dogs got used to them pretty quickly. We put the collars on for 4-6 hours a day a couple of days before we started to use them so the dogs wouldn't associate the collars with the noise/vibrations. But hey, dogs are smarter than we give them credit for. They behave differently with the collars on. We use them as a "fence" when we let them out as they have a tendency to wander off when we aren't looking directly at them. Never had to use the shock. The beep is almost always enough to interrupt the undesired behavior. The vibrate IS always enough, even at the very lowest settings. If the dogs are heading for the world outside the yard, one buzz will stop them. If they are reluctant to come when called, one buzz will get them pointed in the right direction. One vibrate will get them running full speed.
I'm happy we haven't had to use the shock, but I'm also glad it's there.
We are very happy with this product a month after receiving it.
