Hartz Dura Play Ball for Medium to Large dogs (Colors may vary)

We purchased two of these Hartz toys, the round blue ball and this green thingy.
They were both de-squeaked within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes or so we had to pull the green thingy out of service due to exposed foam. The blue ball still sees some very limited service after a few days but now only when supervised.
Puppy is a 15 month old female Malamute, 65lb.
